MY JOURNEY AS A MEDICAL WRITER

To begin with, the enthusiasm in writing first emerged during my time in school, when I wrote hilarious poetry for the amusement of my friends. The key moment from novice to professional writer had not been revealed until my Principal Investigator ridiculed and challenged on my writing skills in one day while discussing grant proposal writing for new projects in a huge gathering. As a risk taker, I saw that as an open challenge to unleash the old lion from me that propel myself and accomplished the project before the scheduled time. With the great applause on my writings, I became inspired to pour out my writing skills on to scientific areas. As a consequence, this circumstance influenced me subsequently to write various scientific contents for the development of research and facilitation during the course of my Doctoral studies. This desire eventually encouraged me to write and develop scientific articles rather conducting lab research. This passion ultimately drove me to help writing research articles for my friends and colleagues by interpreting their research findings into an eye- catching figures and tables made from uninteresting plain data. Additionally, I developed the ability to restructure and rephrased the scientific articles in order to make them more readable.

This was how my writing journey began. I then contemplated myself why would I start this kind of writing as a profession? There I opted my maternity periods to become a scientific writer by working as a freelancer in several scientific writing companies. Through these experiences, I developed a greater skill of adaptability, allowing me to write and gather data according to the purpose and requirements of the scientific materials. After the child birth episodes, I joined as a full-time medical writer to investigate this field from a regulatory standpoint. Hence, I started to work as a Global content medical writer in the Employer called MED COMMUNICATIONS (Tennessee, USA), where I created scientific documents such as standard response letters, dossiers, slide decks and promotional materials for drugs and medical devices for various clients across the globe. Apart from that, the extensive freelance experience enabled me to stand out for producing high quality peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts posters and content for blogs.

Besides, I am a certified Medical Writer and as well as qualified in different courses such as Systematic literature reviews, Science Writing. Also, I am well known about ICH guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). My purpose and desire will remain unchanged throughout my scientific journey, and I'm appreciative to explore my scientific and medical writing knowledge into diverse platforms.

p-Coumaric acid attenuates alcohol exposed hepatic injury through MAPKs, apoptosis and Nrf2 signaling in experimental models

Overconsumption of alcohol could lead to severe liver injury that connects with oxidative stress, apoptosis, and inflammatory response. Previously, we proved that p-coumaric acid prevents ethanol induced reproductive toxicity; however, p-coumaric acid (PCA) on ethanol mediated hepatotoxicity has not been examined yet. In our work, we sought to study the potential of PCA in contradiction of ethanol induced hepatoxicity which linking with MAPKs, apoptosis, oxidative stress, and Nrf2 signaling. For

Protective effects of p‑coumaric acid on ethanol induced male reproductive toxicity

Alcohol, a psychoactive drug is one of the lifestyle factors responsible for male infertility. Present study was carried out to investigate the ameliorative effect of p‑coumaric acid (PCA), a plant derived bioactive phenolic compound on alcohol induced chronic reproductive toxicity in male rats. Thirty male Wistar rats were divided into five groups, each with six animals. Group I as control received vehicle (distilled water) alone. And the following Group II, III, IV, V were treated orally with

Targeting the interaction of Aurora kinases and SIRT1 mediated by Wnt signaling pathway in colorectal cancer: A critical review

The Aurora kinases belong to the family of serine/threonine kinase, a central regulator of mitosis and their expression increased during G2/M phase. It is classified into Aurora A, B and C, each has distinct roles in cellular processes, which includes regulation of spindle assembly, function of centrosomes, cytoskeleton and cytokinesis. During cancer growth, their rapid increase makes most attractive marker for cancer treatment at present. However Aurora A kinase is known to be a marker for canc

Overview of high-risk HPV's 16 and 18 infected cervical cancer: Pathogenesis to prevention

As general, the Human papillomavirus (HPV) causes the most sexually transmitted diseases. Among well categorized 80 types, the high-risk types HPV's 16 and 18 are highly involved in 70% of cervical cancer. The virulence of HPV is mainly exhibited by E5, E6 and E7 encoded oncoproteins that cause low to high-grade cervical lesions (CIN-1, 2, 3), leading to form 99.7% of squamous cell and 89% of adenocarcinomas cervical cancer worldwide. This study mainly encircles the major role of E5, E6 and E7 o
